Passionate Patience Products for a Process of Becoming Healthy

In their book, "Ten Habits of Naturally Slim People, Jill H. Podjasek and Jennifer Carney reminded me the journey of health is an individual walk. On this journey we are responsible for our own learning. The ideas in the book are not new, but they are the truth. Don't ever forget there is power in words.

An intelligent (not based on feelings) approach to weight control is to know something:

We are not born to blow up and self-destruct.

It is not a process of dieting but a process of health.

Problems come from years of imbalance of our body mind and spirit.

Need to choose a role model and give ourself the gift of time with this one.

Focus on the process not the pounds.

The process always circles back and we must stay in the process.

This process is not always fast or smooth. We take one step at a time.

I am learning from those slim people in my life the characteristics  of keeping  slim is a way of life. From myself I am learning to identify and understand what is keeping me from attaining the healthy body I was intended to have.

As I continue of this journey of health I will lean to make life changes in my thoughts and actions. I will look at new ways to think about food, dieting, and body size. A  result I will unlock doors to a world free of guilt, starvation and defeat. And in doing so help others to find the key to this process.

I publish this new process on my website to hold myself accountable to you. Would you like to join me in my journey? If so, email me billiebuckley.com to post your thoughts of  our journey on my website (with your permission.) If you are slim, share your thoughts with us, too.
